Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Papa's Petz reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Every Papa's Petz item is made to order based on the options you select, including product style, size, color, fabric, design, personalization, and other customer-selected options. Because each item is created specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, color selection, design choice, personalization, or other customer-selected options. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error, please contact us and we'll be happy to work  with you to make it right.

Processing Times

Most Papa's Petz products are handmade to order. Processing times may vary depending on product type, order volume, holidays, and custom requests. Estimated processing times are provided when available but are not guaranteed.

Shipping

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. Papa's Petz is not responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error while creating your order. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We genuinely want you to love your purchase and will do our best to make things right.

Product Variations

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in embroidery placement, fabric pattern, thread colors, printed appearance, or other handcrafted details may occur. These natural variations make every Papa's Petz creation unique and are not considered defects.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, logos, photographs, product descriptions, graphics, and website content are the property of Papa's Petz and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission. 

Limitation of Liability

Papa's Petz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item purchased.

Papa's Petz may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
