Welcome to Papa’s Petz! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following:

1. Products – All items are handmade/custom printed. Small variations in color, size, or placement may occur. That’s part of the charm of handmade goods!

2. Orders & Payment – Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other options shown at checkout.

3. Shipping – We ship within the timeframes listed on each product page. Once handed off to the carrier, delivery times are out of our control.

4. Returns & Exchanges – Because our products are custom made, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

5. Safety Disclaimer – Our apparel and accessories are for pets under supervision. Please do not leave pets unattended while wearing items that could snag, tangle, or be chewed. Papa’s Petz is not responsible for misuse of products.

6. Intellectual Property – All designs, images, and content on papaspetz.com belong to Papa’s Petz. Please don’t copy, resell, or redistribute without permission.
